Fifty sit ups would take you longer than five minutes, bench press would take you longer than five minutes boiling an egg that would take you three minutes.So you could boil an egg and with the other two minutes try and figure out how the hell your going to get fit with 5 minutes a day i assume seven days a week.Even seven days a week equates to 35 minutes. Michelle Bridges is going ot get you fit with her new book doing exercise for 35 minutes a week, give me a fucking break!
Gurus with little idea other than selling the book
