I have to admit I’m no big fan of any of the twilight series but i have to give credit where it’s due and Taylor Lautner has really amped up the volume on that physique and his adoring female fan bass will support that. Taylor has a great set of pipes and chest to showcase that physique, but how did he put so much muscle on in what appears to be such a short period of time?
Growth spurt
Taylor in terms of age is still only a cub (pardon the pun) so his body responds well to intensity, volume and load. By intensity i mean that he can really give it his all and still have some in the tank to fight the other creatures of the night, volume I’m asserting the amount of training he does how many days and how many repetitions. The load is basically the amount of iron the boy is pushing, and by looking at the shape his in (prior to turning to werewolf i would suggest his doing some heavy sessions.
A blank canvas
When you’re young and full of spunk there’s plenty of room to paint your own masterpiece, each brushstroke taking on a new appearance until we have the raw shape of things to come. Taylor should keep up the training and the load adjusting to each new milestone in h is already raw but impressive physique.
Werewolf’s work out
To build a great chest you can’t go pass bench press, and then diversify with flyers (cross over cable) dips and incline bench press. Mixing these up a couple of time of week will see you packing on the pounds in a few months. Shoulders, stick to the basics for size shoulder press, either seated or standing supplemented with lateral raises. The arms, nothing looks better than a great set of pipes hanging out of short sleeve shirt, or better still no sleeves at all. Start with curls (with a cambered bar) then try alternate dumbbell curls. Triceps, now the largest muscle is the triceps there are three muscles all tied into this area and by doing cable push downs and laying triceps presses you will find those pipes becoming more than a dream.
So get this happening if you really want to howl at the moon in superb shape, throw in some cardio and you are on your way to eclipsing anything you may have done before. This summer aim for ripped at the beach and pumped for twilight.
